Role Description The Pre-Primary Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for guiding and supporting young children in their early learning years. Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills to effectively facilitate learning and manage a pre-primary classroom.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with children, families, and any collaborators.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field are beneficial.
Additional skills such as classroom management, child psychology awareness, patience, creativity, and the ability to create inclusive learning spaces are highly valued.
Prior experience working with pre-primary or early elementary children, and familiarity with play-based and activity-based learning methods, is an advantage.
