Experience - 4+ Years in FP&A role
Graduates or Postgraduates will work (B.Com/ MBA/ M.Com/ CA/ CMA/ CA Inter/ CMA Inter)
Candidate should have end to end FP&A knowledge.
Experience of BPO/KPO would be preferred.
Candidate should be either immediate joiner or max. 15-20 days will be considered.
Candidates with Yardi/ Adaptive tool knowledge and experience will be preferred.

Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven FP&A professional to partner with business stakeholders and provide strategic financial insights across assigned asset portfolios. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, board reporting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, financial modelling expertise, and advanced analytical skills to drive business performance and financial integrity. This position requires effective stakeholder management, process ownership, and the ability to deliver accurate and actionable financial reporting in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Overview
Act as a strategic finance partner for assigned asset portfolios, delivering actionable financial insights and rigorous performance analytics to drive informed business decisions.
Lead the end-to-end financial planning and reporting cycle, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure fiscal discipline and growth.
Bridge the gap between historical data and future strategy by overseeing key financial processes, including executive compensation modelling and asset-level performance reviews.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and amendment of monthly board packages.
Facilitate regular review calls and deliver accurate Monthly MIS reports for stakeholders.
Manage rolling forecasts, including payroll updates, growth projection modeling, and shared services analysis.
Perform rigorous PMF and asset-level reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
Manage revenue reporting for asset levels and maintain monthly IBNR mockups.
Execute executive bonus calculations for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring precision and alignment with organizational targets.
Troubleshooting to the team, providing training on technical parts to the team.
Skills & Experience
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong review capabilities and proficiency in resolving complex queries.
Prior experience managing direct client communications.
Excellent MS Excel skills and analytical skills.
Solid accounting knowledge and post-qualification experience.
Hands-on experience in managing month-end activities.
Exposure to remote transition, SOP preparation, and remote client sessions.
Experience with FP&A planning tools (e.g., Yardi)
