We are hiring for our recruitment firm.
Designation - HR Executive/HR Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter
Experience - Min 1 year experience in Recruitment is a must
Location - Ahmedabad (Corporate Road)
Education - Min. Graduate in any stream, MBA in HR preferred
Shift Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
 Analyse the company, its requirements and the given job description
 Communicate with job seekers for matching the profiles given by the employers
 Complete end to end recruitment process in coordination with clients.
 Follow up with the candidates/ employers for formalities relating to joining,
documentation etc.
 Responsible for Recruitment of the Capability Hub.
 Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards and social media
 Building relationship with the candidates, clients.
 Coordination for Scheduling interviews, joining etc.
Skills requirements:
 English Communication Skills
 Written and Verbal Communication skills
 Operational knowledge of MS Word, Excel and computer usage
