Director, P&T Operations - Incident Management & Risk

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, P&T Operations - Incident Management & Risk based in Canada.
As Director, P&T Operations - Incident Management & Risk, you will shape the operating mechanisms that enable Product and Technology teams to respond effectively to incidents and manage technology risk.
You will bring consistency to incident management, vulnerability operations, risk visibility, and executive reporting across a complex technology organization.
Working closely with Engineering, Security, Product, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership, you will connect information and action across organizational boundaries.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational improvement, requiring strong judgment and the ability to turn ambiguity into practical systems.
You will establish standards, metrics, reporting, and accountability mechanisms that help teams identify issues early and drive meaningful remediation.
You will also prepare leaders with clear insights into material risks, trends, trade-offs, and decisions requiring intervention.
