ISO - sales and consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated Consultant to assist organizations in implementing and maintaining ISO and other international management and compliance standards. The role combines consulting, documentation, audit support, client management, and business development. Consultants will undergo structured training and will be responsible for independently handling client engagements while achieving assigned business targets.
Basic Requirements:
● Any graduate.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Confidence and willingness to learn.
● Sales or customer interaction experience of up to 1 year is preferred.
● Freshers with a quick learning ability are encouraged to apply.
● Preferred (Not Mandatory): Basic awareness of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, or other management/compliance frameworks will be an added advantage. Candidates without prior knowledge will receive structured training.
Key Responsibilities:
● Consult clients on ISO and other international management system standards.
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable certification solutions.
● Handle sales activities and achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
● Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, meetings, and referrals.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
● Develop and maintain management system documentation as per applicable standards.
● Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and prepare audit reports.
● Coordinate with certification bodies and clients throughout the certification process.
● Support clients during certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
● Work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.
● Maintain accurate project documentation, CRM updates, and client records.
● Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
● Travel within Bangalore and to client locations as required. Overseas opportunities may be available based on performance.
Eligibility:
● Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
● 0–3 years of experience in consulting, sales, customer service, or a related field.
● Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Good presentation, documentation, and client interaction skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office applications.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Training & Confirmation: Selected candidates will undergo a structured 45-day training and evaluation period, during which they will receive comprehensive training on ISO standards, consulting methodologies, client handling, documentation, and business development processes. Performance will be assessed throughout this period, and candidates who successfully meet the required standards will be confirmed as full-time Consultants with Factocert.
Working days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed weekly offs)
Office timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Work mode: On-site
CTC: 3LPA to 5 LPA (plus incentives with no cap)
