Job Description – ServiceNow HRCM Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for a ServiceNow HRCM/HRSD Developer with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong knowledge of HR Case Management and Workday integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD/HRCM solutions.
• Work on HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, workflows, and catalog items.
• Develop and maintain Workday–ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Configure data mapping, transformation, error handling, and integration monitoring.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production issues.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in HRSD/HRCM.
• Hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Employee Center and HR Case Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
