Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer(Must know Adobe XD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both websites and mobile applications. They should be proficient in the latest design tools and technologies and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities:
Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporating them into design processes.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
Maintaining design consistency and following brand guidelines across all platforms and devices.
Presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing website and mobile application design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
