Quality Assurance Tester

Experience Needed : Minimum 2 Years
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with a strong understanding of various testing methodologies and tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Monitor debugging process results.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner).
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong organizational skills.
