Job Description: Account Manager – Social Media
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Social Media to lead social media strategy, content planning, client management, campaigns, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for clients.
Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and content ideas.
Oversee content creation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate with the creative/content team to ensure content is aligned with brand objectives.
Manage client communication, understand requirements, and present strategies and ideas.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Prepare and share monthly social media reports with clients.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
Participate in shoots and basic content creation/editing when required.
Manage audience engagement, including comments, messages, and enquiries.
Manage and monitor Google Business Profile where required.
Lead and guide the social media team, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Contribute towards brand awareness and positive online reputation.
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Experience in content planning, strategy, and campaign management.
Strong client management and communication skills.
Ability to lead, guide, and coordinate a team.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Basic knowledge of photography, video production, and editing.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
