Senior Animator

Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Animator who can bring creative ideas to life through engaging 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and video content based on creative briefs.
Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation styles aligned with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the Creative, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging visual content.
Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and attention to detail across projects.
Manage projects, revisions, timelines, and deliverables independently.
Mentor junior animators and review their work.
Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, techniques, and industry practices.
Must Have
3–5 years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, or a related creative role.
Strong experience in 2D/3D animation and motion design.
Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, timing, transitions, and animation principles.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience working in an advertising, digital marketing, creative, or design agency is preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion design work is required.
