We are expanding our team and looking for 10 enthusiastic and target-oriented Development Managers to join our Insurance Sales team in Mira Road, Mumbai.
🔹 What You'll Do
• Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors
• Build and develop your advisor network
• Generate new business through the agency channel
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Guide, motivate and support advisors
• Build strong customer and advisor relationships
• Conduct meetings, follow-ups and field activities
• Identify new business opportunities
🔹 Who Can Apply?
✅ 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / BFSI / Insurance
✅ Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply
✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented
✅ Comfortable with field sales and relationship building
✅ Candidates from Mira Road, Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar & nearby areas preferred
