Role Description
This is a full-time on- Architect role located in Bengaluru, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing and detailing architectural projects, working on Revit (OPTIONAL )and AutoCAD, and integrating technical inputs to support high-quality outcomes.
Design & Drafting: Using software like AutoCAD create detailed floor plans, and construction details.
Client Collaboration: Meeting with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and design preferences.
Technical Compliance: Ensuring designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Project Development: Selecting materials, finishes, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to refine structural details.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture
1+ years of experience in construction and architecture
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit is additional requirement
