Vika Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other platforms.
Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with BDE/Account Managers to understand client requirements.
Meet daily and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
🔹 Requirements
3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software, ERP, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications.
Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Experience working with US clients and candidates is preferred.
