Role Description The Compliance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pampore. This role is responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures across the trust’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation for adherence to regulatory and internal requirements, maintaining compliance records, and supporting internal audits and assessments. The Compliance Associate will help identify potential compliance risks, prepare reports and summaries for leadership, and contribute to the development of corrective action plans where needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to communicate compliance expectations and providing support in training initiatives related to regulatory and legal standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to support policy implementation and ongoing monitoring.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify risks, and interpret regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess expertise in Legal Compliance to ensure alignment with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and prepare reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit within a trust, financial, or nonprofit environment is beneficial.
Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency with standard office software and basic familiarity with compliance or document management tools.
