Role Overview :
The Recruiter will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for assigned non-tech roles and act as a strategic partner to the business. This role goes beyond coordination – you will be responsible for enabling high-quality hiring decisions, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
● Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned open roles – including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding.
● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring decisions.
● Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media,
referrals, and networking events.
● Maintain and manage accurate data and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
● Enable the best possible hiring decisions by designing the competence assessment process,
equipping hiring managers with Team-fit interviews, aligning expectations, and advising hiring
managers in hiring decision-making.
● Deliver stellar candidate experience by giving concrete feedback, ensuring appropriate handover of hired candidates to the pre-boarding process.
● Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
● Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and add value to the business through
insights, professionalism, and ownership.
