Role Description This is a full-time remote Solutions Architect role focused on designing and guiding the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions for trading and related business functions. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical architectures, and create high-level and detailed design documents. Day-to-day activities include evaluating technology options, defining integration patterns, reviewing software development approaches, and ensuring solutions align with security, performance, and scalability standards. The role involves consulting with internal teams and clients, facilitating technical workshops, and providing guidance to engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. The Solutions Architect will also participate in continuous improvement efforts, recommending enhancements to business processes, tools, and architectural practices.
Qualifications
Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
Consulting and stakeholder management skills to gather requirements, present solutions, and influence technical decisions.
Hands-on experience with Software Development, including familiarity with modern programming languages, frameworks, and SDLC practices.
Integration expertise, such as designing APIs, messaging patterns, and data flows between distributed systems.
Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to align technical solutions to operational needs.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and common architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, RESTful services).
Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance considerations in financial or trading environments is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in remote, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
