Role Description The Freelance Verifie is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting the quality, accuracy, and presentation of custom luxury shoe and accessory orders. On a day-to-day basis, this role may review client specifications, verify design details and measurements, check digital order forms for completeness, and confirm that product information matches internal standards. The Freelance Verifie will communicate with designers and operations staff to clarify requirements, document findings, and ensure that any discrepancies are promptly addressed. This role also contributes to maintaining organized records, updating order statuses, and providing timely feedback that supports a smooth, premium client experience.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reviewing documents and specifications, and ability to spot inconsistencies.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with designers, operations, and client service teams.
Comfort with remote, freelance work, including reliable internet access, time management, and self-directed productivity.
Basic proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets, online forms, project management platforms, or databases.
Interest in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods; prior experience in retail, quality control, or order verification is a plus.
