About the Role
Givven Logistics is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Pricing Executive to support our pricing and commercial team. The role involves obtaining freight rates, preparing quotations, coordinating with carriers and overseas agents, and ensuring timely responses to customer and sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
Prepare and submit customer quotations for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and 3PL services.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate pricing.
Maintain and update rate sheets and pricing databases.
Compare carrier rates and identify cost-effective solutions.
Follow up with vendors and partners for spot rates and contract rates.
Support RFQ and tender submissions.
Ensure timely turnaround of pricing requests.
Maintain records of quotations, approvals, and commercial correspondence.
Desired Profile
Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping Industry.
Basic understanding of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Import/Export processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
