CREATIVE DESIGNER/ DESIGN LEAD
The title is too formal compared to the work that you'd be doing. You would be an ever
prominent friend to all; most of all to customers. The ability to express your thoughts
and ideas succinctly and help customers with their imagination is a must for you to
have. You better be an analytical and immensely creative being. The financial well-being
of the firm rests on your shoulders.

● Passion for Design and prior experience in sales + Design role with proven results
● Experience in any client Facing role
● Hands onexperience in tools like AutoCad, Sketchup, Vray and rendering tools.
● Quick on the feet attitude
● Goodcommunication skills, written and oral
● Goodinterpersonal skills
B-Arch/BBA/MBA is preferred
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
