Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on planning, producing, and optimizing explainer video advertising campaigns for SaaS products. The Software As A Service Explainer Video Advertising Expert will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand product features, target audiences, and growth goals, then translate these insights into clear, compelling video concepts and scripts. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing video ad funnels, coordinating production assets, working with designers and editors, and ensuring technical accuracy regarding SaaS functionality and user workflows. The role also involves setting up and testing video ads across digital platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and iterating creative and messaging based on data. This position requires regular communication with stakeholders, documentation of campaign strategies, and contribution to best practices for SaaS-focused video advertising.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Software Design to accurately represent SaaS products and their technical workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Programming and Databases to understand product architecture and data-driven features when crafting explainer narratives.
Candidates should possess skills in Testing to validate video ad performance, run A/B tests, and ensure quality across different platforms and formats.
Experience creating explainer videos or video ad campaigns for SaaS or other digital products, including scripting, storyboarding, and collaborating with creative teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, optimize targeting and messaging, and report on key performance indicators.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, audience-friendly language.
Comfort working in a fully remote environment, managing time effectively, and using collaboration tools (e.g., project management, video conferencing, shared drives).
