Camino Search are working with an Investor backed SaaS firm. The business has gone through recent PE investment and requires a commercially minded finance professional to support as No2 to the Group CFO.
The business has a new CFO that requires commercial finance support to create professional business partnering, improve data quality & lead transformation projects to improve controls and processes.
Operating internationally, this role will require international travel to support local BU leaders on a weekly basis!
Responsibilities:
Professionalisation of reporting, controlling and FP&A functions
Run transformation projects - ERP, CRM and Data
Drive improvements to internal controls and processes
Lead budgeting process for 2027
Strategic business partnering to CFO, CEO and wider exec team
Support strategic decisions with financial insight
Improve the quality of FP&A and KPI tracking
Communicate with investors, banks, and auditors
Lead and stabilise the finance team
