🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Account Executive – Accounts
Genesys International Corporation Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Accounts team in Mumbai.
📍 Location: SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
💼 Experience: 5 to 8 Years
👤 Position: Senior Account Executive
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice booking, payments.
Review invoices, POs, payment applications, and ensure 3-way matching, accuracy, and compliance.
Monitor vendor accounts, reconciliations, ageing, discrepancies, and payment issues.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
Support month-end/year-end closing, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare AP/AR ageing, payment, collection, and cash-flow reports for management.
Bank reconciliation, MSME interest working, bank guarantee issue and renewal, TDS payment and return filing.
🔹 Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Good understanding of invoicing, collections and cash application.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
