About Us
Vision AcryGlas is an established manufacturer of extruded acrylic sheets, specialty acrylic products and plastic mirrors, serving customers across India and international markets.
Our manufacturing capabilities include acrylic sheet extrusion, co-extrusion, vacuum metallizing, injection molding, fabrication and specialty surface treatments.
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our complete India business operations.
Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operational, commercial and financial performance of the business.
We are looking for a mature, results-oriented leader who can independently manage day-to-day operations, strengthen departmental accountability, improve profitability and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complete manufacturing and business operations.
Oversee production, quality, maintenance, procurement, warehouse and administration.
Take responsibility for operating budgets, cost control, profitability and working capital.
Improve production efficiency, capacity utilization and material yield.
Ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Strengthen financial controls, inventory management and procurement processes.
Lead departmental managers and establish measurable performance standards.
Implement effective ERP-based reporting, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate domestic and international commercial activities.
Provide regular operational and financial performance reports to the Managing Directors.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of manufacturing industry experience preferred.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, such as General Manager, Plant Head, Operations Head or Business Unit Head.
Proven experience managing a manufacturing facility and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong financial and commercial understanding, including P&L, budgeting, costing and working capital.
Experience in plastics, polymers, extrusion or process manufacturing would be an advantage.
Engineering degree preferred; MBA or equivalent management qualification would be beneficial.
Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems and performance-driven management.
