Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new markets, target segments, prospects, and customer needs.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn/social media, campaigns, webinars, events, website queries, and other outbound channels.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospect organizations.
Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements, challenges, budget, decision-making process, and timelines.
Conduct product presentations, online demonstrations, and discovery calls to showcase Contractzy's CLM solutions.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead quality, campaigns, messaging, and lead conversion.
Work with the sales team to test and improve different prospecting and sales approaches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, including leads, opportunities, activities, follow-ups, meeting notes, and pipeline status.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Meet defined sales, lead-generation, conversion, and activity targets.
Coordinate with Account Management and Customer Success teams for smooth customer handover and onboarding after closure.
Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, IT, or technology sales.
Strong experience in inside sales, lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
Experience managing opportunities using a Sales CRM.
Ability to manage a consultative sales cycle and work towards closing deals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in conducting phone calls, online meetings, and product demonstrations.
Ability to understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
Good negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.
Comfortable working with structured sales processes and defined performance targets.
Basic understanding of B2B SaaS, CLM, legal technology, or enterprise software is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
