Product Lead, Vietnam Market
The opportunity
KUP Partner is supporting a global consumer fintech company to hire a hands-on Product Lead for Vietnam. This role owns product, growth, local partnerships, compliance and market performance, reporting directly to HQ leadership.
Location: Vietnam; remote.
Gross monthly salary: USD 8,000–12,000.
What you will do
Own the market end to end: product delivery, acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships and risk.
Write product specifications and work directly with engineers to ship local changes.
Analyse funnel and unit economics data independently; design and evaluate growth experiments.
Build partnerships across payments, cards, identity and distribution; work with local providers and regulators.
Resolve user experience and compliance issues with practical judgment.
What we are looking for
Around 7 years of experience, including hands-on product delivery in a venture-backed startup.
Evidence of personally writing specs and shipping with engineers, rather than only managing product teams.
Ability to query data with SQL or equivalent hands-on analysis; sound grasp of fintech unit economics.
Knowledge of Vietnam’s payments, identity, KYC and credit landscape. Prior fintech, payments or lending experience is strongly preferred.
Native/Professional Vietnamese language and fluent working English; credible with banks and regulatory stakeholders.
