Application Transition & Support Consultant | Remote, Germany I Fluent German speaking (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced professional to support a critical service transition and application support engagement in Chemnitz, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the client, incumbent vendor, and internal teams.
Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities to ensure a seamless service takeover.
Identify, track, and support resolution of technical, operational, and process-related issues.
Define and align roles, responsibilities, scope boundaries, and RACI ownership across stakeholders.
Ensure operational readiness by validating documentation, access requirements, support prerequisites, and handover activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to facilitate smooth transition and ongoing support operations.
Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week, Chemnitz, Germany location)
Primary Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of:
Java
Node.js
Database Applications
Application Operations & Support
Full Stack Technologies
Mandatory:
Strong understanding of Application Architecture
German language proficiency (C1/C2)
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
Agile methodologies
Migration / Transition project experience
