Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel records. The Human Resources Specialist will assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role includes handling employee queries, supporting performance management and engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The specialist will collaborate with leadership and team members to implement HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support end-to-end HR operations.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure compliant and employee-focused practices.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to maintain accurate records and support the employee lifecycle.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
Experience with HRIS or HR-related software and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Previous experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably within consulting, real estate, or related sectors.
