Role Description: The Contract Consultant will support client projects by conducting research and analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and preparing clear, structured deliverables such as reports, presentations, and financial summaries. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing data, participating in virtual client meetings, and contributing to solutions for strategy, restructuring, capital readiness, and change management initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with internal and client teams, manage workstreams, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. This is a contract role with project-based assignments and timelines. The position is fully remote, requiring effective communication, self-management, and reliability in a distributed team setting.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis, financial modeling, or strategic assessment.
Excellent English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce structured reports, presentations, and client-ready documents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines in a remote environment.
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., GPT/Claude, spreadsheets, presentation software, and remote communication platforms).
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Prior consulting, advisory, or project-based experience is strongly preferred. Banking experience in a strategy or project management role are a plus.
