Role Description The Security Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site work at company facilities and some work-from-home as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring premises and access points, reviewing security logs and CCTV footage, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. The role involves assessing potential risks, reporting incidents, supporting investigations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners when needed. The Security Associate will help safeguard physical assets, confidential information, and digital systems, while supporting continuous improvement of security processes. This position requires consistent documentation, clear communication, and proactive identification of vulnerabilities in both physical and cyber environments.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess risks, interpret security data, and support incident investigations.
Knowledge of finance or financial services environments to understand security implications for transactions and sensitive information.
Effective communication skills to report incidents, write clear documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles to help protect systems, networks, and digital assets.
Prior experience in security, risk management, or related fields within manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial.
Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, and basic security hardware is an advantage.
Ability to work in a hybrid model, maintain confidentiality, and follow established protocols and legal requirements.
Relevant diploma or degree in security management, risk management, commerce, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
