Intern (Project Engineering)

The Project Engineer (Intern) role is to assist the Project Engineer, Process Engineer & Engineering Manager on project management and execution at the coffee mix & pack factory. This role will be exposed to overall engineering activities which consist mainly on mechanical and electrical scope.
1) Assist on project management
Learn & assist on project evaluation and execution (CapexPro). Project scheduling, costing and tracking.
Learn & assist on project compliance of Safety & GMP - Good Manufacturing Process.
Learn & assist on manufacturing system, equipment and technology
Learn & assist on engineering project documentations.
2) Assist on project contractor management
Learn & assist on contractor safety management on regulation and monitoring.
3) Assist on project technical discussion / technical troubleshooting
Learn & assist on troubleshooting skill management. (RCA, FMECA, BVOA, etc)
4) Assist on project coordination with colleagues from multi-department
Learn & assist on multilevel communicating and coordination skill
5) Assist on MOS (Manufacturing Operation System)
Learn & assist on MOS (typically called TPM, HPWS, IWS in other industries). Using MOS Tool such at IM - Initiative Management & M&E - Material & Energy to seek for profit enhancing & non-profit enhancing projects.
6) Any engineering related task works to be inform by management

For this role as a Intern (Project Engineering), we’re looking for someone who is as below
A student in their final year of study, preferably engineering and interested in project management.
Active, outspoken & able to communicate with multilevel associate or contractors.
Willing to learn and assist on both documentation and site physical works (high risk physical works will only be assigned with employer's supervision)
Willing to work on extended office hours or weekends (if required) with replacement leave to be arrange.
