About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of AI Product Operations / Prompt Engineering & UX Lead to drive the development, optimization, and operational excellence of our Generative AI products. This role bridges AI, product, prompt engineering, and UX to deliver scalable, intuitive, and high-performing AI experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI product operations, prompt engineering, and AI UX strategy.
Design and optimize prompts, AI workflows, conversational experiences, and user journeys.
Establish AI evaluation, quality, experimentation, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Partner with Product, Engineering, AI Research, Design, and Business teams to bring AI products from concept to production.
Drive responsible AI practices, governance, data privacy, and product quality.
Build and lead high-performing AI product, prompt engineering, and UX teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, HCI, Product Management, or related fields.
Proven leadership experience in Generative AI, AI product management, prompt engineering, AI UX, or enterprise technology.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and AI product architectures.
Experience with AI evaluation, experimentation, conversational UX, and product optimization.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Passion for emerging AI technologies and translating them into scalable, user-centric products.
