Senior AI Engineer

We're Hiring: Senior AI Engineers (3 Positions)
A Saudi-based FinTech is growing its AI team. We already run custom-built AI agents in production. Now we're looking for senior engineers to build our credit risk engine and take our AI capabilities to the next level.
What you'll do
Design and maintain data pipelines into BigQuery from multiple internal and external sources
Analyze diverse financial and behavioral datapoints to find the signals that matter
Build and deploy models that predict credit outcomes accurately
Architect and own our Credit Risk Engine end to end
Build production AI agents that are reliable and cost-efficient, with sensible model choice, token usage and scaling
Work directly with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions
What we're looking for
5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in software engineering and 2 years in hands-on AI/ML
Proven experience taking ML models from data to production, preferably on tabular or financial data
Strong Python, SQL, and hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouses
Experience building LLM-based agents and optimizing their cost and performance in production
Clear communication in English and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders
Credit scoring or FinTech experience is a strong plus
What we offer
BDT 140,000 – 240,000 per month, based on expertise (no additional bonus)
Remote work, with a planned hybrid office in Bangladesh
High performers may be relocated to KSA within a year
