Education Counsellor

Lead Engagement & Conversion:
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, partners, and digital channels.
Counsel prospective candidates on overseas career opportunities and program pathways.
Drive end-to-end conversion—from initial inquiry to enrollment
Program Pitching & USPs Communication:
Clearly explain AIM’s international programs, including:
Global job opportunities and career pathways
Structured training and placement support
Visa and documentation assistance
End-to-end mobility solutions
Tailor the pitch based on candidate profile, aspirations, and eligibility.
Sales Funnel Management:
Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads to maximize conversions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Candidate Counseling & Relationship Management:
Build trust with candidates through transparent communication.
Address queries related to program structure, costs, timelines, and outcomes.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled candidates.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with operations, documentation, and program teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
Ensure accurate handover of candidate information post-conversion.

Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Target-driven with a high sense of ownership
Good CRM and data management skills
Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
Education & Background:
Experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / EdTech / Overseas Education / Recruitment
Prior experience in counseling for study abroad or international job programs is a strong advantage.
