Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeller to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating electrical BIM models and ensuring accurate and efficient project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare electrical layouts, drawings, and detailed BIM models as per project requirements.
Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Make necessary revisions based on coordination requirements and project feedback.
Follow BIM standards, modelling guidelines, and project workflows.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modelling.
Strong knowledge of Revit MEP – Electrical.
Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
Understanding of electrical systems, layouts, and construction drawings.
Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary projects will be an advantage.
