ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELLER – FRESHERS
📍 Location: Pune
🎓 Qualification: B.Arch
💼 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for B.Arch freshers who are interested in building a career in Architectural BIM Modelling. The candidate should have a strong architectural foundation and a willingness to learn and work with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Create accurate BIM models as per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Assist in coordinating Architectural models with Structural & MEP disciplines.
• Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Incorporate revisions based on project requirements and coordination comments.
• Follow project-specific BIM standards, workflows and LOD requirements.
• Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must Have:
• B.Arch degree – Mandatory
• Fresh graduates / candidates with 0–1 year experience
• Basic understanding of Architectural drawings and detailing
• Basic knowledge of Revit Architecture
• Understanding of basic BIM concepts and workflows
• Willingness to learn Navisworks and BIM coordination
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong interest in developing a career in Architectural BIM
