We are seeking an analytical, innovative, and technology-driven Data Analyst & Digital Solutions professional to transform data into actionable insights and develop digital solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational departments to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret business, operational, financial, customer, and digital data.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPI trackers, and data visualization solutions.
• Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for digital solutions.
• Translate business requirements into data analytics projects, digital tools, automation solutions, and technology initiatives.
• Develop and support digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows through technology.
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic planning, process improvement, and business decision-making.
• Design and maintain data models, reporting structures, and analytical frameworks where required.
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports for management and operational teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Gather and document business requirements for digital transformation and technology projects.
• Support the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of digital systems and solutions.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze customer behavior, operational performance, digital adoption, and other relevant business metrics.
• Develop performance reports and management presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support system integration, data migration, and digital platform implementation projects where required.
• Identify gaps in existing systems, processes, and reporting capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Support the development of data-driven and technology-enabled business strategies.
• Work with technical teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and support implementation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution testing, and issue resolution.
• Monitor the effectiveness and adoption of implemented digital solutions.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, reports, dashboards, processes, and digital solutions.
• Ensure appropriate data governance, security, confidentiality, and compliance practices are followed.
• Research emerging technologies, analytics tools, automation platforms, and digital trends.
• Continuously improve analytics processes, reporting efficiency, and digital capabilities.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Solutions, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL, databases, data models, and data querying is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is an advantage.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Understanding of digital transformation, process automation, and technology-enabled business improvement.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into digital or technical solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, APIs, workflow automation tools, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and confidentiality principles.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting digital projects, system implementations, UAT, or technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Experience working in technology, financial services, retail, manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, or other data-driven industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, SQL, or Business Intelligence are an advantage.
