Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled and product-focused Full Stack Engineer who can build scalable, reliable, and user-focused software solutions across the frontend and backend. You will work with modern technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, or Elixir, while leveraging AI-powered development tools and automation to improve engineering productivity.
You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build high-quality B2B SaaS products, improve system reliability and scalability, and drive initiatives around automation, developer experience, and engineering excellence.
Who You Are
7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript — React is mandatory.
Experience with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, or Elixir.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, code quality, and technical documentation.
Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and business-critical applications.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Passionate about automation, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement.
What Will Excite Us
Experience building AI-powered automation, AI agents, or intelligent engineering workflows.
Strong production experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, or similar platforms.
Experience reducing operational burden through automation, tooling, and process improvements.
Experience driving technical debt reduction, platform modernization, or system health initiatives.
Exposure to EmberJS and frontend migration projects.
Experience building internal developer platforms, self-service systems, or developer productivity tools.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
Experience working with B2B SaaS products serving enterprise customers.
Experience with feature flags and release engineering practices.
Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and Generative AI frameworks.
Understanding of engineering maturity frameworks, service catalogs, and production readiness processes.
