Scrum Master

Role Description This is a part-time remote Scrum Master role for El Test de Turing – Podcast de Inteligencia Artificial. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for podcast and related digital production workflows. The role involves guiding the team in writing and refining user stories, maintaining the product and sprint backlog, and removing impediments to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality content. The Scrum Master will collaborate with hosts, producers, editors, and technical staff to improve processes, ensure clear communication, and track progress through agile metrics. The individual will also coach team members on agile principles, encourage continuous improvement, and help align work with the podcast’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sprint Planning skills and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support data-informed decisions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to enable collaboration across creative and technical team members.
Candidates should possess experience working with User Stories, including writing, refining, and prioritizing backlog items.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development or technical workflows, ideally in digital media or podcast production environments.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably with distributed or remote teams.
Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and common tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules effectively, and coordinate across time zones.
Relevant certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and prior experience in media, technology, or AI-related projects are beneficial.
