IT Support Engineer- 6 Months Experience

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer (3 to 6 Months Experience) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English (Mandatory) and a basic understanding of IT support and server environments. Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot system, email, and user access problems
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
Support Windows/Linux servers
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and user systems remotely
Help users with password resets, system access, and general IT issues
Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware (basic tasks)
Support basic Cisco networking tasks and troubleshooting
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures
Requirements
Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of servers and networking
Familiarity with VMware, Cisco, and Cybersecurity concepts (basic level)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
