About the Role
Mandatory Skills
Backend: Ruby, Python, Ruby on Rails / Django / Flask
Frontend: VueJS / React / Angular (at least one)
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
APIs: JSON, REST API development
Others: Git, Linux (basic), CI/CD pipelines
Cloud: Basic understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
Preferred Skills
Experience
in Ruby tools or concepts
Working knowledge of microservices architecture
Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native deployment
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby and Python frameworks
Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them with dynamic frontend applications
Collaborate with the team on application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure clean, maintainable deliverables
Mentor and support junior developers
Participate in deployment processes, cloud setups, and CI/CD workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges
What We’re Looking For
2.5–3 years of full-stack development experience
Solid understanding of backend frameworks (RoR / Django / Flask)
Good knowledge of frontend technologies (VueJS/React/Angular)
Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset
Good communication skills and confidence to interact with internal teams & stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
