2–3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with at least 2 years of Salesforce testing experience.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, configurations, and customizations.
Experience validating Salesforce components including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and custom objects.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and release management processes.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Cloudbyz applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and release testing for Salesforce-based solutions.
Validate Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, and custom objects.
Test custom developments built using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and integrations.
Exposure to Salesforce, CTMS, EDC, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Clinical Trial applications is an advantage.
Experience in SaaS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, CTMS, EDC, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
