Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions across FI and CO modules.
Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Support end-to-end financial processes, including closing, reconciliation, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
Manage integration with MM, SD, and PP and resolve cross-module issues.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for WRICEF developments.
Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live activities.
Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO) configuration, support, WRICEF, and end-to-end implementation.
Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance core functionalities.
Good experience in Financial Accounting (FI):
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Strong experience in Controlling (CO):
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Product Costing
WIP
COPA
Experience in financial closing and reconciliation processes.
Strong understanding of cross-module integration, particularly with MM, SD, and PP.
Experience with Sales/SD processes, including rebates and accruals, and procurement-related integration.
Strong experience in end-to-end business processes with deep functional understanding.
Hands-on experience with WRICEF objects, Functional Specifications (FS), and requirement gathering.
Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and bridge functional-technical gaps.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex financial issues.
Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder coordination and clear documentation.
Strong SAP ECC/legacy system experience with hands-on implementation and support exposure.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting and FSCM.
Experience with SAP Fiori.
Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Experience in global rollout and migration projects.
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
Exposure to S/4HANA Finance transformation or migration projects.
