IBP & Demand Planning Transformation Senior Consultant

Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced IBP & Demand Planning Transformation Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to projects that entirely redefine how a large NA company runs its business. Role assumes balance of strong business process thought leadership as well as technical delivery excellence.
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in business (Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial or Finance) or in consulting/advisory roles.
5+ years of hands-on IBP (S&OP) and/or Demand Planning experience (business or consulting), preferably as a practitioner in a mature corporation.
Strong understanding of IBP concepts, processes, and leading practices.
Strong understanding of Demand Planning concepts, processes, and leading practices.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with IBP tools (o9, Kinaxis, or similar) will be considered a strong advantage.
Consulting mindset.
Ability to work in remote teams, cooperate with customer stakeholders at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
This position involves travel according to project demands.
Responsibilities
Mapping, designing and optimizing Integrated Business Planning Work Processes across Demand, Supply, Commercial and Finance functions.
Particular focus into mapping, designing and optimizing Demand Planning Work Processes.
Identifying and deeply understanding business needs of clients to shape and suggest best-fit process-technological path.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thought leadership on IBP & Demand Planning best practices.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IBP into the broader business and digital ecosystem.
Collaborating with clients' functional and executive leadership to ensure program vision & change management needs are shaped sufficiently to support business objectives
Leading and supporting functional implementations of IBP & Demand Planning solutions.
