TPM & Demand Planning Senior Consultant

Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced TPM & Demand Planning Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to projects that transform the way large NA company approaches trade fund management, promo planning and its integration into core demand planning ecosystem. Role assumes balance of strong business process thought leadership as well as technical delivery excellence.
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in business (Demand Planning, Trade Promo Management, Sales), preferably as a practitioner in a mature corporation or in consulting/advisory roles.
Strong understanding of Sales, TPM and TFM processes, and leading practices.
Strong understanding of Demand Planning concepts, processes, and leading practices.
Strong understanding of Change Management practices to onboard organization into new ways of working.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with TPM & Demand Planning tools will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience with integration of Sales signals & data into Demand Planning processes & ecosystem.
Consulting mindset.
Ability to work in remote teams, cooperate with customer stakeholders at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
This position involves travel according to project demands.
Responsibilities
As an TPM & Demand Planning Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Mapping, designing and optimizing TFM, TPM and Demand Planning Processes.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thought leadership on Sales & Demand integration best practices.
Identifying and deeply understanding business needs of clients to shape and suggest best-fit process-technological path.
Co-designing and translating process needs into clear functional requirements for TPM & Demand Planning solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate TFM, TPM and Demand processes into the broader business and digital ecosystem.
Leading change management activities to drive adoption of new processes & ways of working across Sales & Demand organizations.
Collaborating with clients' functional and executive leadership to ensure program vision & change management needs are shaped sufficiently to support business objectives.
Supporting functional implementations of TPM & Demand Planning solutions.
