Creative Designer

We're a fast-growing, Shark Tank-funded healthcare & wellness company building one of India's most credible consumer healthcare brands across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, pharmacies, and doctor-led channels.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly creative Creative Designer who can create compelling static creatives, videos, animations, and performance marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions.
This is a high-impact role working closely with the founder, marketing, and performance teams.
The Role
This is not a traditional graphic design role.
We're looking for someone who understands D2C marketing, consumer psychology, and performance creatives—not just aesthetics. You should be equally comfortable designing a high-converting Meta ad, editing a product reel, creating motion graphics, and producing engaging social media content.
What You'll Own
Creative Design
Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon, and other digital advertising platforms.
Create social media posts, carousels, banners, website creatives, and marketing collateral.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, product launches, and campaigns.
Create motion graphics, animations, and engaging visual content.
Produce high-quality video creatives optimized for digital platforms.
Performance Marketing Creatives
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create and iterate ad creatives.
Develop multiple creative variations based on campaign performance and testing requirements.
Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling creatives that improve engagement and conversions.
Content & Brand
Support product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative best practices.
Bring fresh ideas to strengthen the brand's visual identity and storytelling.
You Should Have
3–6 years of experience as a Creative Designer in D2C consumer brands (Mandatory).
Strong experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar creative tools.
Experience creating performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layouts, and digital-first design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple creative projects.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, personal care, or consumer healthcare brands.
Worked with leading D2C brands such as Wellbeing Nutrition, Kapiva, Plix, Oziva, The Whole Truth, Be Bodywise, or similar consumer brands.
Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video editing, and creative workflows.
