Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging and creative social media content, including posts, captions, stories, and promotional materials.
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and online visibility.
Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Plan and schedule social media posts according to the content calendar.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop campaigns.
Assist in generating ideas for social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements to social media strategies.
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and interest in content creation and social media trends.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
Willingness to learn social media marketing strategies and tools.
