Role Description The Business Analyst will work in a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping and documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders, as well as facilitating meetings and discussions to clarify needs and propose solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with clients or internal teams to support decision-making, define project scopes, and ensure that recommendations are practical, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to define and document client needs clearly.
Understanding of Business Process design and improvement to map workflows and suggest optimizations.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and manage expectations.
Experience with tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and basic data analysis or reporting tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in consulting, business analysis, or operations management is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management practices and documentation standards is beneficial.
