Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Thane. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and produce construction documentation for projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, integrating design inputs, and ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and local regulations. The role involves participating in client meetings, understanding project requirements, preparing presentations, and supporting design reviews. The Architect will also assist in project planning, monitor design progress, respond to site queries, and collaborate closely with project managers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architecture (e.g., CAD/BIM software, design collaboration platforms).
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking of design deliverables.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required; professional licensure is an advantage.
Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects and familiarity with local building codes and regulations is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design.
Ability to work on-site in Thane and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
