About the job
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
What you'll do:·
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners.
Conduct regular meetings with doctors to generate patient referrals.
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets ·
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships ·
Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve performance ·
Support marketing initiatives and local outreach activities·
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding ·
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning·
Monitor appointments, scheduling, and patient flow·
Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance standards·
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
What we need:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Healthcare/Management preferred)
5–8 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience in handling targets and business development
Ability to manage operations and lead a team
Salary:
