Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing brand communication assets across digital, packaging, retail, and print formats.
Translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals aligned with boAt’s tone and visual identity.
Support the team in crafting product packaging layouts, launch creatives, and in-store branding.
Collaborate across departments from product to marketing ensuring design consistency and impact.
Contribute fresh, relevant ideas in brainstorming sessions and support end-to-end execution.
Take constructive feedback and iterate designs efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, preferably in Visual Design, Communication Design, or Digital Design.
Preferred academic background from institutes like NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, or equivalent.
At least 1 years of experience as a Visual Designer in web/digital environments.
Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
